If you have the Norton Antivirus program installed on your computer and have a Norton account, you can follow some simple steps to reset the Norton vault password. In case you forgot norton vault password, then you need to click on the “Forgot Password” link. Here’s what to do when you need to reset the password.
On your computer or any other compatible device, go to your Norton account.
Go to the Settings window and click on “Vault”.
Under the “VAULT PASSWORD” click on “Reset Password” on the vault screen.
You now need to authenticate using Touch ID or Face ID.
